Dr. Casey Ericson has over a decade of experience leading group exercise classes and applying her background in kinesiology to create dynamic and effective fitness programs. With a degree in Kinesiology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, she combines her clinical knowledge of human movement with a passion for teaching. Casey excels at designing specialty exercise classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels, focusing on form, function, and injury prevention. Her keen understanding of biomechanics, helps her deliver highly effective, safe, and fun classes that promote long-term physical health and performance.

Michael Schwartz

Personal Training
Michael Schwartz has spent over 40 years studying, practicing, and teaching human movement after graduating from the University of Michigan. His expertise includes maximizing daily movement, athletic performance, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and injury rehab. Michael has developed group fitness classes, coached teams, trained instructors, and worked with private clients. A marathon runner, ice hockey player, and martial artist, he also enjoys skijoring, inline skating, and Cani-cross races with his husky, Strider.

Tori Norton
Deep Stretch Yoga
Tori leads our Deep Stretch classes, combining intentional stretching with mindful breathwork to help you move with greater ease and freedom. Each session is designed to improve overall flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, creating a sense of comfort that radiates from the inside out. With a teaching career that began in 2011 and a personal practice stretching back to the '90s, Tori brings decades of experience and a warm, approachable energy to every class. Matt is committed to daily movement and practices what he preaches. Whether leading a group or working privately, Michael delivers a higher standard of coaching rooted in proper biomechanics, experience, and genuine care.

Alice Outslay
Limber Kids + Limber Run
Alice is a certified USATF running coach, an experienced Youth Fitness Instructor, and a passionate runner who has completed more half marathons and marathons than seems physically possible. In her Limber Kids classes, Alice uses her background in early childhood education to create a dynamic, whole-body learning experience through a blend of movement, exercises, and games designed for kids of all ages.
Through Limber Run, she brings her expertise and enthusiasm to runners of all levels, offering fun, supportive training that meets each athlete where they are—and inspires them to go even farther.
