Pregnancy Massage - 60 or 75 minutes

Relax, rejuvenate, and relieve common pregnancy discomforts with a soothing massage tailored for expecting mothers. Ease muscle tension, reduce swelling, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being. Prioritize your comfort and enjoy a peaceful, nurturing experience for you and your baby.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 60 or 75 minutes

Lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) is a gentle and relaxing technique designed to support your body's natural detox process. It helps stimulate the flow of lymph, a fluid rich in white blood cells that removes toxins, waste, and excess fluids from your body. This treatment also promotes hydration and smooth fluid movement, enhancing overall wellness. MLD can help reduce swelling from lymphedema or post-surgery inflammation, improve circulation, and support your immune system by aiding in toxin removal. It's an ideal choice for those recovering from surgery, managing swelling, or anyone looking for enhanced detoxification.
