Sandy Betz
Core Stability Instructor
From couch to Pilates, Sandy Betz's fitness journey has been incredible. She's here to support you, no matter your fitness level. Her classes are all about fun, challenge, and igniting your core to help prevent injury and improve performance. She's a certified Yoga Teacher, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, and Barre expert. Join Sandy to make sure all of your movements start with your core!
Michael Schwartz
Be Limber Instructor
Michael Schwartz has been researching, practicing, and teaching human locomotion for over forty plus years after graduating from the University of Michigan. His work covers athletic performance enhancement, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Tori Norton
Stretch Instructor
Tori offers poses to stretch the body, then cues you to bring breath into the pose. Her classes target hip tightness, sciatica and headaches with appropriate poses. Adding the breath to the pose brings ease to the body.
Tori's classes aim to get your body familiar with being comfortable.
Tori has been teaching since 2011 and practicing since the 90s.
Alice Outslay
Limber Kids + Limber Run
Alice is a certified USATF running coach, an experienced Youth Fitness Instructor, and an avid runner.
Alice’s Limber Kids classes incorporate a variety of movements, exercises, and games for a fun, whole-body learning experience for kids of all ages.
Alice’s Limber Run classes bring running to athletes of all ages and levels in a fun and supportive environment.
Chris Strong
Strong Bodies Instructor
Chris is the founder of Strong Bodies LLC, a fitness business that called Yarmouth home for 12 years. As a certified personal trainer working with large groups, small groups, and individuals, and as a former Division I college athlete, Chris draws on her education and personal experience to develop safe and cutting-edge training techniques to create challenging and fun exercise programs.
Core Stability
Our core stability class is designed for all levels. This 45-minute class is a blend of traditional core stability exercises, core functional training, as well as, bodyweight exercises. This class is about building a foundation of strength that starts at your core to allow you participate in all the fun activities that life brings your way.
Deep Stretch
Our Deep Stretch classes release muscle tension and increase daily mobility and ease of motion. These classes include holding deep stretches long enough for muscles to relax and for the soft tissue to strengthen. This Yin style practice nourishes the fascia and builds bone strength, working with your body, not against it.
Strong Bodies
These bootcamp style classes provide every participant with exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance while improving cardiovascular health. Offered in both high- and low-impact, Strong Bodies are designed to provide a total body workout through training all major muscle groups in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.
Running Progams
Also known as our Limber Run program, these training programs and one-on-one or small group coaching sessions from Coach Alice are ideal for athletes of all ages and levels. These programs and sessions make running accessible in a fun and supportive environment. Distance-specific, small group training sessions, like our Limber Run 5k program, are available.
Youth Programs
Our youth classes are open to children in grades K-8 and incorporate fitness drills, stretches, and age-appropriate games for a fun, whole-body learning experience. We also offer sports training, specifically designed and tailored for children across grades K-8 to promote strength, flexibility, and mobility and to teach lifelong fitness and movement skills.
Be Limber
Be Limber is a blend of functional movement progressions that will help you discover how to move with ease and fluidity. Exercises including yoga, Pilates, martial arts, athletics, and dance, are combined seamlessly to create a dynamic workout that will be both challenging and accessible for all. This class will help you enhance your strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and range of motion. Expect to come away from this class feeling calm, refreshed, focused, and invigorated.
