Tori offers poses to stretch the body, then cues you to bring breath into the pose. We target hip tightness, sciatica and headaches with appropriate poses, but it isn’t until we add the breath to the pose that we feel the ease in the body. These classes aim to get your body familiar with being comfortable and let that run through the cells. Tori has been teaching since 2011 and practicing since the 90s.

Our Mobility + Foam Rolling classes guide and educate you on how to improve specific joint mobility, range of motion, and unlock global movement patterns. This class utilizes myofascial tools to release muscular tension and fascial adhesion with controlled movement to enable targeted strengthening and lengthening.
Our Deep Stretch classes release muscle tension and increase daily mobility and ease of motion. These classes include holding deep stretches long enough for muscles to relax and for the soft tissue to strengthen. This Yin style practice nourishes the fascia and builds bone strength, working with your body, not against it.
These bootcamp style classes provide every participant with exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance while improving cardiovascular health. Offered in both high- and low-impact, Strong Bodies are designed to provide a total body workout through training all major muscle groups in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.
Also known as our Limber Run program, these training programs and one-on-one coaching sessions from Coach Alice are ideal for beginners, whether you're a new runner or coming back from an injury. These programs and sessions include a combination of stretching and run/walk intervals, along with at-home workouts.
Our youth classes are open to children in grades K-5 and incorporate fitness drills, stretches, and age-appropriate games for a fun, whole-body learning experience. We also offer spring sports training, specifically designed and tailored for children across grades K-5 to prepare for the spring sports season.
