Meet Nikki Fritz
Nikki has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005.
Her introduction to bodywork came early through her father, a massage therapist and teacher with a background in medical care. This shaped a strong respect for anatomy, professionalism, and thoughtful treatment planning from the beginning of her career. After completing her training, Nikki worked seasonally in a range of established and reputable settings, gaining experience across both spa-based and clinically influenced environments. This breadth of experience refined an approach that balances technical skill with attentiveness, and effectiveness with restraint.Today, her work is informed by consistency, experience, and the understanding that meaningful results come from attention, patience, and trust rather than force or excess. The experience in the body is always the first point of attention and adjustment, with clear communication remaining essential throughout each session.
Treatment Approach
Nikki’s treatment approach is informed by nervous system regulation, tissue response, and clinical judgment. Sessions are guided by assessment and ongoing feedback rather than standardized routines.
Her work emphasizes clear communication and informed consent. Techniques and pressure are adjusted in real time based on tissue response and client feedback, allowing the body adequate time to respond and integrate. Care is intentional, precise, and collaborative.
Background
In 2005 Nikki completed a comprehensive massage therapy program exceeding Maine’s state requirements. Continuing education is an active component of Nikki’s clinical practice. Her training includes lymphatic massage, facial and advanced facial work, cupping therapy, and brain–body nervous system integration, with abdominal massage forthcoming.
Nikki values collaboration with experienced practitioners who maintain high clinical standards, reflected in the shared approach to care at Limber.
